Skiers and snowboarders from across the globe flock to Park City to get a taste of its 300+ trails on thousands of acres. However, there are plenty of other winter activities to enjoy, too.
For active outdoorsmen and women, Park City has groomed cross-country ski and snowshoeing trails. There are also several national parks nearby with traditional hiking opportunities, although you may need special equipment to handle winter conditions.
If you prefer to relax on vacation, Park City has plenty of shopping and sightseeing, too. You can explore a huge ice castle complete with hand-placed icicles, take a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the countryside, or hop on a dogsled and enjoy traditional travel through the mountains. However you choose to enjoy winter in Park City, you’ll make plenty of joyful memories to look back on for years to come.
